TRACEABLE LIQUID DENSITY STANDARDS
► WE OFFER:
► WHY DO YOU NEED IT? Some manufacturers of density meters suggest calibration with air and water, but it is doubtful whether this meets the requirements of GLP, and it certainly does not give a calibration traceable to recognised national standards. Even the most modern dual frequency density meters can have their errors halved if they are calibrated with a certified liquid and water. To meet the differing demands of the wide variety of industries using standards, a range of liquids are available. All are supplied in 10ml sealed ampoules, sufficient to carry out the calibration of a laboratory density meter. MSDS data is available. A UKAS calibration certificate is supplied with each ampoule, quoting the density determined by hydrostatic weighing for that particular batch of liquid. In order to achieve the highest quality standards, only liquids which have passed through the hydrostatic weighing system are supplied by H & D Fitzgerald Ltd.
